Getting Started

1. Get Your Free PhoneToPhone.com number

Upon completing your registration you will receive a phone number that is unique to you. This is the number that will be used when clients wish to reach you. This is the ONLY number given out to clients. No personal numbers will be permitted on the site, nor will they be given out for client use.

2. Set Your Rate

You decide how much your time is worth. You can charge by the minute or have a flat rate for an allotted amount of time. For example you can charge $50 per hour. The rate at which you charge is whatever you think is appropriate. You will not be told how much to charge.

3. Taking Calls

Your availability will be automatically adjusted to the schedule you make on your account. The times in which you indicate you are available will be the times clients will be able to reach you. If someone wants to reach you at a time that you are not available, they will have the option to schedule an appointment with you. There will always be an option displayed as to whether or not you are available to take calls or if you would like the clients to schedule an appointment.

4. We Are Marketing For You

PhoneToPhone.com is providing you a service, while you are providing one of your own. If we are marketing you solely on our site then we require a 30% cut of your profits made. If we are a button on your own personal site, blog, etc then we require a 15% cut of your profits made. We are marketing your services to a large audience for no additional service fees, besides the initial % of your profits made. We only make money when you make money.

5. How You Get Paid

Clients will only be able to contact you if they prepay the rate at which you requested to be paid. PhoneToPhone.com bills the client’s credit or debit card. You then receive your money, minus PhoneToPhone 15% or 30% commission. You can receive your payment through either direct deposit or a check. You will receive your money bi-weekly.

6. Creating Your Account

You have to write a short description of your business or service you are providing. You must also choose the areas you wish to serve, whether it is on a local, regional, or national level. You also have to choose the business categories you wish to be featured in. After these steps you make your schedule, your rate of pay, and your payment option.
