What is Phone to Phone?
We are an internet based company that uses voice-over-internet technology to connect customers with our client businesses. The customers call our clients for advice and pay for that advice. We take a percentage of that payment and our clients get the rest. Best of all, we don’t charge either side any additional fees and you don’t even need a computer.
What is voice-over-internet technology?
Voice-over-internet technology is the cutting edge in communication. It allows you to use any phone to connect across the internet to clients and customers. Also called VOIP, this technology is cheaper than normal phone service because it uses existing internet connectivity instead of phone lines. It also allows for webcams and phones to be synched for face-to-face communication.
What kind of advice can I give over the internet?
There are tons of types of advice you can give. Everyone, from psychics to doctors, can make money giving advice over the phone.
What if I want to use a webcam to give advice?
We can arrange webcam to webcam conversations as well as phone to phone conversations and conversations through people’s respective computers with microphones.
What should I charge?
You determine your rates. Whether you want to charge $1 or $20 per minute is fine with us. You just need to make sure the market will pay what you are charging or you won’t get any calls.
I already have a business and a website but I want to add giving advice as a secondary income, can I do that?
YES! We encourage you to use our technology on your existing site. We actually charge a reduced commission rate of 15% on calls made to companies who do it themselves.
I want to work from home, but I don’t have a computer.
All you have to do is find a computer anywhere to sign up. Once you sign up all you need is any phone. It can be a cell phone or home phone. After your initial sign-up you can call our 800 number if you ever need any tech support or customer service.
How do I get calls?
PhoneToPhone.com has two ways you can receive calls from clients who want your services. One way is by the unique phone number given to you upon completion of your registration. You can use the number anywhere you like for example your business cards. You can also choose from a variety of PhoneToPhone.com buttons. These buttons directly link your business. You can put them on your website, blog page, email, etc.
What are the PhoneToPhone.com fees?
We have NO monthly fees, NO signup fees, and NO connection fees. PhoneToPhone.com only earns money when you do. Our commission is either 15% or 30% (see “How it Works” page for details regarding rates).
What happens when a call is made?
A client will dial your unique number after paying the predetermined payment rate. You will then be able to take the call or delay the call until a more suitable time for you.
How do I get paid?
Your earnings from the calls you received are held in your PhoneToPhone.com account. Every two weeks either through direct deposit or check you will receive your earnings.
What are PhoneToPhone.com’s Privacy Policies?
Your privacy is very important to us. We ensure complete anonymity from the clients. We do not show or sell your personal information to anyone. The only way you can be reached is through the PhoneToPhone number assigned to you.
How do clients know when I am available to talk?
Your availability is displayed on your profile. Your schedule is yours to make when you are setting up your account. Once that is done the option to take calls, schedule an appointment, or not take calls will be shown according what you indicate on your schedule.
